Specialist – Agent Support Team

Are you a customer service superstar with a gift for problem-solving? Does the chance to work at a fast-growing, nationally recognized company with limitless growth opportunity get your attention? We’re looking for an Agent Support Specialist and your experience in real estate makes you uniquely qualified.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with agents via inbound telephone calls and emails to provide information and assistance
  • Refer unresolved agent issues to a designated team member for resolution
  • Responsible for input and accuracy of the agent knowledge base
  • Work cross-functionally to engage, retain and expand agent relationship value

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Broker/Agent License (Required)
    *This is a non-competing position. Your real estate license will need to be put into referral status and you will not be able to conduct real estate transactions.
  • 2 years Real Estate Experience (Required)
  • 2 years Customer Service (Required)

Hours are full time (8:00 – 5:00, M-F; 40 hours per week)
