Specialist – Transaction Review Team

In order to continue our growth and accomplish our vision, we are actively looking to fill the role of Specialist – Transaction Review Team. Our ideal candidate will have an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail. They will have consistency, strong follow-up skills, and great follow-through. Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership and sales associates is essential. Flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and implementing new ones. Our ideal candidate will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, unwavering integrity, a results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Compliance or similar role
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Hours are full time (8:00 – 5:00, M-F; 40 hours per week)

This is especially true for the families caring for critically ill children when even basic necessities like meals can become burdensome. Feeding Families was started with the goal of providing lunch daily to these families, so they can focus on the most important job of all – caring for their sick children.
