Kansas City Business Journal ranked Platinum Realty 2nd for Residential Real Estate Sales in 2021

Platinum Realty is proud to announce that we have been ranked 2nd in the Kansas City Business Journal’s list of Top Residential Real Estate Firms in the Kansas City area in 2021. Platinum Realty reached the number two spot with $2.26 billion in residential real estate sales in Kansas City and topped over $3 billion in sales throughout all markets we serve.
Platinum Realty has come a long way from its inception in 2005. “I left the largest real estate company to start the smallest real estate company,” says founder Scott DeNeve. The company has now grown to become the second-biggest agency in the Kansas City area and has over 2,100 agents throughout the Midwest. He attributes the success of Platinum Realty to its status as an independent agency. “We started day one designed for agents,” he said.
We are beyond proud of our Platinum family of experienced agents and the team that supports them. Our unique program has not only weathered all market conditions but has grown and succeeded through them. For families caring for a child with a serious illness, life is turned upside down. Long hospital stays and uncertainty become the new normal. This is especially true for the families caring for critically ill children when even basic necessities like meals can become burdensome. Feeding Families was started with the goal of providing lunch daily to these families, so they can focus on the most important job of all – caring for their sick children.
